Buying a ticket is easy; having bought a ticket is hard the moment something goes wrong. Who you reach after a delay, a cancellation, a name correction, a date change or a missed connection depends entirely on where you bought it.

Tickets issued in an organisation’s name run inside the corporate travel service: requests come from the people you nominate, are checked against your travel policy and go for approval.
Group Tickets
From ten passengers the airlines’ group fares apply: names can be submitted later and the payment schedule is more flexible.

Is a ticket more expensive through an agency?
The fare is the airline’s own. Where a service fee applies we show it as a separate line on the quote — there are no surprise items.
Can I change my ticket later?
That depends on the fare class. We tell you in writing, before booking, how much flexibility each class actually gives you.
In an organisation’s name
Can you open a current account for our company?
Yes. We work with corporate clients under contract and tickets go onto the organisation’s account. How the account is opened, and how the invoice and the reporting arrive, is set out on the corporate travel page.
