Group travel is not selling a ready-made tour to more people. Who the group is changes every detail of the programme: the walking pace, the meal times, where the hotel sits, how much free time there is and where the budget should go.
We listen to the group first and write the programme second. A fifteen-person association trip and a hundred-person dealer event are two completely different jobs — we do both.

What is the minimum group size?
For domestic programmes we work from eight people. Abroad, airline group fares generally start at ten.
Is there anything for the group organiser?
Depending on the size of the group a complimentary place can be included. We state it plainly on the first page of the quote.
How are payments collected?
Either as one consolidated payment or individually by each participant. For the second we give the organiser a list to track collections.
