What this site collects, what it is used for, and how long it is kept.

What we collect
There are no accounts on this site and nothing is sold through it. The only place you give us anything is the enquiry form, and what we collect is what you type into it: your name, an email address, a phone number, the service you are asking about, the number of travellers, the dates you have in mind, and any note you add.
When you send the form we also record the time it arrived, the page you sent it from, the language of that page, and the IP address of your connection. The IP address is kept to stop the form being abused by automated tools.
What we use it for
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and stay in touch with you about it. We do not send marketing email to addresses given here and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
Your enquiry reaches the Agne Tur office by email and is seen by the people there who handle it. Nothing is passed on for advertising purposes and nothing is sold.
If your enquiry becomes a booking, the details the booking requires are passed to the supplier carrying it out — a hotel, a transport operator or an airline. That happens only when you have asked for that booking, and only to the extent the arrangement needs.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is being handled and thereafter for as long as commercial and tax record-keeping obligations require. They are deleted after that.
Cookies
Unless you explicitly consent, this site uses a single strictly necessary session cookie and nothing else. It protects the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery and carries the confirmation message you see after sending it. It holds no advertising or tracking identifier and is deleted when you close your browser.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
If you accept in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are being read. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you decline, the service is not loaded at all: no connection is made to Google and no measurement cookie is written.
Once you accept, the cookies _ga and _ga_<identifier> are written to your browser, with a lifetime of up to two years. The data processed is pseudonymous: the pages you open, an approximate location at country or city level, device type, browser, and the page you arrived from. Advertising features are not enabled; the advertising and personalisation signals are explicitly switched off.
The basis for this is your consent. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses for that transfer and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing deletes the measurement cookies and stops the service loading on this device again.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. An email to agne@agne.com.tr is enough — there is no form to fill in.
