What this site collects, what it is used for, and how long it is kept.

What we collect
There are no accounts on this site and nothing is sold through it. The only place you give us anything is the enquiry form, and what we collect is what you type into it: your name, an email address, a phone number, and then what your request needs — for a holiday, the service you are asking about, the number of travellers and the dates you have in mind; for a flight, where you are flying from and to, the outbound and return dates and how many passengers; for a corporate enquiry, the organisation’s name and kind, which services you need and roughly how many trips a year. In all three we also take any note you add. If you wrote from a tour or hotel page, we also record which tour or hotel you asked about.
When you send the form we also record the time it arrived, the page you sent it from, the language of that page, the version of this notice shown beside the form, and an irreversible hash derived from the IP address of your connection — the IP address itself is not kept. The hash is there to stop the form being abused by automated tools and stays on this site’s server.
What we use it for
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and stay in touch with you about it. We do not send marketing email to addresses given here and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Your enquiry is also recorded in our office’s enquiry tracking system. It runs with the same hosting provider, in the same server region; it is used to follow where your enquiry stands (quote sent, your reply, booking), and only the office staff handling your enquiry can see it. We pass your name and contact details to the suppliers we work with for a tour or hotel only once your booking is confirmed, and only as far as they need them to provide the service.
If you gave an email address, we send you one automatic email confirming that your enquiry has reached us, with your reference number. It is not a quote and not a booking confirmation.
Legal bases
Everything on this page is processed for one of four reasons, and never for a fifth. Your enquiry and booking details, because a contract with you has to be concluded and carried out (Article 5/2-c of Turkish law 6698 (KVKK)). Invoices and accounting records, because the law requires us to keep them (Article 5/2-ç). The irreversible hash of your IP address recorded with a form submission, to stop the form being abused by automated tools — our legitimate interest, balanced against your rights (Article 5/2-f). Analytics cookies, only on your explicit consent (Article 5/1), which you give or refuse in the cookie notice and can withdraw at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
We do not collect special categories of personal data through this site: no health data, no biometric or genetic data, nothing about religion, belief or political opinion, no trade-union membership, and nothing about sex life. Please do not put such information into the free-text note on the form; if we need to know something of that kind to answer your enquiry, please tell us by phone.
If you are filling in the corporate enquiry form on behalf of an organisation, the personal data we collect is not the organisation’s but that of the person filling it in: their name, email address and phone number. It is processed only to answer the enquiry, and every right set out in this notice belongs to that person. You do not need to enter other people’s details on behalf of the organisation, and we ask that you do not.
Who sees it
Your enquiry reaches the Agne Tur office by email and is seen by the people there who handle it. Nothing is passed on for advertising purposes and nothing is sold.
If your enquiry becomes a booking, the details the booking requires are passed to the supplier carrying it out — a hotel, a transport operator or an airline. That happens only when you have asked for that booking, and only to the extent the arrangement needs.
When our office answers your enquiry, it may have an AI service write a draft of the reply: Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, United States), acting as our processor. Only the content of the enquiry is sent — what you asked for, the dates and your note. Your name, email address and phone number are not sent, and any contact details or ID numbers in your note are removed first. A member of the office reads, corrects and sends every reply; nothing is decided or sent automatically.
Where your data is held
This site and the enquiries sent through it are hosted with Hostinger International Ltd., Larnaca, Cyprus. The servers are in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and the backups are held in France. The mailbox you write to runs with the same provider.
Pages are delivered through that provider's content delivery network. At the network node nearest to you, technical connection data is processed in order to serve the page and block abuse: your IP address, the time of the request, the address requested and your browser identification. Those nodes may sit outside Türkiye and outside the European Union. Your enquiry records are not stored there; they are processed only on the server in Frankfurt.
Transfer abroad
Because the servers are outside Türkiye, the personal data you send through this form is transferred abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the Turkish data protection law (KVKK). The transfer covers only the hosting and mail service described above and the AI service the office uses for reply drafts (Anthropic, United States); nothing is transferred for advertising purposes or to any other recipient.
How long we keep it
Each kind of record has its own period, and it is the longest obligation applying to that record which sets it.
Bookings and invoices: ten years from the end of the financial year. Turkish commercial law requires commercial books and the records behind them to be kept for ten years (Article 82 TTK) and tax law requires five (Article 253 VUK); the longer period governs. Enquiries that do not become a booking: one year, then deleted. Server access logs: two years — Turkish law 5651 requires traffic records to be kept for at least one year and at most two. Analytics cookies: up to two years in your browser, and only if you accepted them; withdrawing your consent deletes them straight away.
For WhatsApp conversations we do not currently apply a fixed deletion period: they are kept in our business account for as long as they are needed to answer your enquiry and carry out the booking. If you want a conversation deleted, you can ask us as described under “Your rights”, and we will assess the request under the conditions in Article 7 KVKK. The part of a conversation that WhatsApp and Meta keep on their side is outside our control and is governed by Meta’s own terms.
How your data is protected
Everything you send this site travels over an encrypted connection (TLS). Access to enquiry records is restricted to the office staff whose work requires it, and the servers are backed up. If a personal data breach nevertheless occurs, we notify the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and the people affected as soon as is reasonably possible (Article 12/5 KVKK).
Cookies
Unless you explicitly consent, this site uses a single strictly necessary session cookie and nothing else. It protects the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery and carries the confirmation message you see after sending it. It holds no advertising or tracking identifier and is deleted when you close your browser.
Contact via WhatsApp
There is a WhatsApp link on our contact page and on the screen you see after sending an enquiry. The link only opens WhatsApp on your device; nothing you typed or entered in the form is put into the message, and we transmit no data to Meta by doing so. Whether to send a message is up to you.
Once you write to us, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) processes the conversation as its own controller under its own terms and privacy policy; Meta may also transfer data to the USA. We have no influence over that. What you send us through WhatsApp we process on our side only to answer your enquiry, on the same basis as the rest of the enquiry (Article 5/2-c KVKK).
If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can reach us equally by email (agne@agne.com.tr), telephone or the enquiry form, at no disadvantage. We never ask for identity or payment details over WhatsApp.
Map link
The “map” link on the contact page and in the footer takes you to Google Maps. No map is embedded on this site, and no connection to Google is made unless you click the link; once you do, Google processes your visit as its own controller under its own terms.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
If you accept in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are being read. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you decline, the service is not loaded at all: no connection is made to Google and no measurement cookie is written.
Once you accept, the cookies _ga and _ga_<identifier> are written to your browser, with a lifetime of up to two years. The data processed is pseudonymous: the pages you open, an approximate location at country or city level, device type, browser, and the page you arrived from. Advertising features are not enabled; the advertising and personalisation signals are explicitly switched off.
The basis for this is your consent. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses for that transfer and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing deletes the measurement cookies and stops the service loading on this device again.
Your rights
As a person whose personal data is processed, Article 11 of Turkish law 6698 (KVKK) gives you the right to: find out whether we process personal data about you at all; ask for information about it if we do; learn what it is being processed for and whether it is used in line with that purpose; know which third parties it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad; have it corrected if it is incomplete or wrong; have it erased or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7; require that any correction or erasure be notified to the third parties the data was passed to; object to a result produced solely by analysing your data automatically where that result works against you; and claim compensation if unlawful processing has caused you loss.
Where processing rests on your consent — on this site that means the analytics cookies and nothing else — you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
How to make a request, and where to complain
Write to agne@agne.com.tr and say what you want; there is no form to fill in. Please write from the email address the enquiry was sent from, or give us enough detail to identify you with confidence.
We answer within thirty days at the latest, and free of charge (Article 13 KVKK). If a request carries a separate cost, we will tell you the amount set by the Board’s tariff before doing anything.
If your request is refused, if our answer does not satisfy you, or if thirty days pass without one, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning of our answer and in any case within sixty days of your original request (Article 14 KVKK): kvkk.gov.tr. If you are in the European Union you may also complain to the supervisory authority of the country you live or work in.
