Common questions
Do you obtain the visa for me?
The visa is granted by the country’s consulate — no agency can guarantee one. What we do is prepare the document checklist, issue the hotel and flight confirmations, arrange the insurance and follow the appointment process.
What happens to my money if the visa is refused?
Refund terms in the event of a refusal vary by programme and are stated explicitly in the contract. This is exactly why we prefer not to issue tickets before the visa decision.
How far ahead should I plan?
Allow at least 8–10 weeks for Schengen countries and three months for the USA and Canada. For visa-free routes, three to four weeks is enough.
